I am 173cm/60kg. Reviews said it was small so I ordered XL. When I tried it on over thin two-layer clothing, it wasn’t tight. However, when I wore it alone, it was loose. The stitching is good. It seems like it should be washed separately or by hand. It looks like it might get damaged if washed normally. If you want it tight, wear size L. It’s too big for me. I need to order a few more in size L. The neck area isn’t tight, so I’m satisfied. Size XL should be used as an inner layer when jogging.
