Pretty good, the only problem is that the adhesive gel wears out very quickly and doesn’t stick to the body anymore, so it no longer works well. But while it lasts, it’s a product I recommend; it has pleasantly surprised me.

It really works well, all levels and modes are at the right height, I’m satisfied, I recommend it, but I want to point out that EMS massagers need to be used in conjunction with exercise; it won’t tone your muscles while lying in bed, this information is for the naive.))))
