The box was all torn and not in a good shape, but the item itself is great. Maybe if you want to gift it to someone you would have to put some more effort in the packaging.
The massager itself works amazingly though, the 26w version is nice and hard, the charge seems to last plenty of time. There are 2 modes, each with 2 speeds.

Yesterday i tried it and here are my impressions after about an hour of experimenting: this is a device for massaging the neck and shoulder blades. The massage is quite strong even at the weakest intensity. There are 2 working modes and you can set 2 speed levels for each working mode. Don’t expect the device to massage the entire shoulder blade and upper back area. It won’t let you direct the massage “arms” to a specific location (there’s apparently no such technology today), but at the same time, the device can help with neck and shoulder blade pain. I will only add that the device looks and feels very high quality, the motor power is strong as promised, the motor is very quiet! The device is easy to use, thanks to the seller for fast shipping and good packaging,
