Took this out for the first time into a park and it worked well. Easy to set up after measuring the length of the wip for the different frequencies needed. I would buy again.

What a fantastic antenna for the money! Tunes on most bands with a tuner but i personally adjust the length to make it resonant on 20m/10m. From my beck garden in essex i’ve made contacts in cuba, usa, switzerland and iceland too name a few – on both 100w and qrp. Can’t recommend this enough as a mobile antenna – packs up small and is very light.

Simple design. But it works. I have tested it on 10,12,15, 17 and 20mtr band. Easy to tune by adjusting the length of the telescopic whip. Antenna is small enough to take for pota and sota

Accurate. It worked as expected after tuning i was able to get a 1:1 – 1:1.1 through the whole 20 m band. The direction of the ground spike and the whip is not indicated clearly on the base. (this dose not impact the product in any way. I added markings to indicate the direction after first use)

Great antenna, especially considering its relatively low price. Swr on 20m is very good, though you might have to slightly reduce the length to attain 1.1 vswr. Another person suggested reducing the length by 1.5 of the thinnest sections and that has worked for me when i needed it. The radials have a tendency to get tangled, but it’s really easy to use something else.
Even greater with a loading coil to get access to the 40m band !

Works good. It withstood moderately heavy winds, and did dx on qrp with it. The cable used for the radials is very thin, and may not last long, but it works. I suggest making your own cable radials. Attention: make sure to turn the components very tight with hand, otherwise it will not do a nice connection to with the radials. Swr fully extended with radials is 1.5. I lowered it 30 cm and it was 1:1 swr. Swr with no radials is about 3. As a suggestion ill say a longer spike to place it on ground would be good. Very convenient antenna for portable use, and easy to transport.

The order arrived in 11 days. Everything arrived very carefully packaged. The antenna kit matched the order. The insulator and connector are well made, all antenna segments extend correctly, and the maximum length of the deployed active element is 5.6 meters. I assembled the antenna for the 28 mhz and 21 mhz bands. I’m testing it now. Thank you.
