Installed yesterday. Could not install with tuya but it did work with smart life app.
One of the door sensors did not have enough transmission range, so i had to replace it with another one that was installed closer to the central unit.
The sound is very loud for a large building lobby, in spite of its size.
Pir sensors work ok, not very sensitive, but functional.
There is a small spiral antenna coming out of the speaker, when i un-curled the wire, it seemed to have better reception of the sensors.
Very good value for the cost.
Hoping for high reliability, thus, no false alarms and long product life.

I already tested the product. Siren sound is very loud (not like deafening loud, but very good for its size).
Remote controls work even through thick concrete walls, i tested up to 60 meters and they were working (i did not test maximum range so far because it is not needed in my intended setup). By the way, i did my range test with remote controls without extending antenna on remote control. It is possible to grab antenna on the remote and extend it to about 10 cm (did not measure exactly), in that case the range possibly should increase if needed.
Motion sensors are working good, at least from 5-6 meters (i did not test greater ranges so far).
Door/window sensors are also working.

Perfect! You can activate the siren manually using the tuya app and automate it so that it activates said siren with the Kerui PIR detectors and internal Magnetic ones.
Kerui’s PIR detectors seem to also be suitable for outdoor use; I’ll comment once I install them.
