The size turned out to be perfectly suitable. Very good. But. The fabric is very delicate, so you need to consider if you’re buying for something that requires contact. I bought it for rock climbing – it’s quite likely they will arrive quickly but in a not very attractive condition.

It was so good to use, i was not expected that well and it really protects my knees. Used during judo 🥋 . 60kg 161cm took a l to not fit extremely tight, still works fine.

It doesn’t put too much pressure on the knees (from my perspective). The top part has a silicone treatment, so it doesn’t slip down easily and it’s quite thin, which is nice. I think it would be better for people with knee pain to wear it as a precaution when running.
