A marvel, I sleep better since I started using them, even though I’m woken up by the flight of a fly. They are super comfortable and fit my ears perfectly (I have small ears and usually have trouble with others fitting well). They cancel noise super well, you don’t feel like you’re wearing them and it’s very comfortable to sleep on your side, something very important. Reusable earplugs. If necessary, they can even be washed at low temperatures. When washing them in the washing machine (30⁰), you should, for example, put them in a sock and tie the sock closed (so they don’t get “lost” during washing). Thanks to the extended end (a small stem), they can be easily removed again. Very good sound insulation.

Second time purchasing these spiral in ear, ear plugs and they are very comfortable made of soft rubber and i sleep with them very comfortably. They are also super effective for swimming.
