Item arrived with slight damage to one of the hooks as seen in the photo’s. I was lucky this was the only damage to the item as it was packaged in only a plastic bag so had no support to protect it in transit. I attempted to bend it back to make it usable and i was thankfully able to do so. Although it’s now not the exact same shape as the other hook is and luckily the paint never flaked off during the process so i’m able to still use it as intended. I recommend the seller use better packaging to avoid this happening in the future as i’m sure other people’s items have arrived with much more damage than mine due to the insufficient packaging. Other than that the rest of the item seems well made and sturdy so i would have given 5 stars if not for the damage i mentioned so 4 stars given. I had no communication with the seller so can’t comment on that. 🙏🏼 Please like this post if it helped you at all, thanks ☑️
