The castella spread on the outside is just right, and the pork belly is chewy, so it suits my taste. After finishing it, I plan to order again with coffee as a snack.

It’s so delicious haha. When I ate it as soon as I received it, it was soft and chewy. After freezing and then naturally thawing before eating, there wasn’t much difference from when I first received it! It’s even better when eaten with coffee because it’s quite sweet haha.
