Note:
Use two thumbs to move the wrist force ball (never just one finger), slowly move it until it cannot be moved (this is necessary, otherwise the speed is not enough to use), and then release it to start rotating. Finally, by rotating and exerting force on the wrist (without shaking up, down, left, or right, but naturally rotating the wrist along the sphere), the wrist drives the ball to rotate faster and faster.
Attention: Do not rotate the product in the opposite direction during normal use, otherwise there may be noise that could greatly affect the product's lifespan.

The product is spectacular, much better than expected and you can really push yourself with this simple gadget. You can maintain or increase the acceleration, but assess how far you can maintain it, otherwise you might finish the exercise too soon. It demands much more than expected and I am totally fascinated with the product.

Just as described. It looks strong, the exercise is VERY noticeable, don’t start too hard at first, little by little, to exercise the hand. In addition, the physical therapy after being bitten by a Pit Bull has been great, it helps the forearm muscles that the hand cannot work on. I didn’t believe in it, but it has been a BIG success.

I bought this after reading an article about how it helped another person’s father. I suffer with familial/essential tremors and have taken the strongest anti- seizure medication that could be prescribed for 7 years. The meds worked for the first 5 years then the tremors started getting worse and my neurologist started talking about brain surgery…ain’t happening. Tried thc but would have to be stoned like crazy for me to not tremor. Now when i start to tremor i use this for 5 minutes and no more tremors so that i can eat or drink without spilling.
