The magnetic smartphone holder has a strong magnet and a sturdy ball joint. I attached it to the rubber mat of the unnecessary inductive charging pad. The holder is so flat that I can easily close the compartment in the KIA Sportage NQ5e. Very nice hard chrome surface – a solidly crafted piece – exactly what I was looking for!
