These are really quite excellent little music players. I bought them for my kids who aren’t allowed cell phones and i’m a bit jealous. The dac insides this dap is identical to the portable dac i use with my best headphones. The playback is intuitive and it plays the highest quality music i can buy from my services. It has built. In eq and the company is actively updating the firmware. If you want a standalone dap you could blow a lot of money on something else, or just get this and love it. The only downside is no custom playlists

Neutral and powerful, great MP3 Player. Now that it can be used as a desktop DAC via USB, it is one of the best acquisitions for audiophiles. Sensational. I hope they can soon update the firmware to allow listening to music using the Album Artist tag. The DAC can also be listened to from folders, so I advise organizing the folders with one playlist per folder and adding them to the memory card. This makes it easier to organize playlists. Another thing, to play songs, just press the volume down button twice. This works even with the screen off. Fiio is committed to updating the firmware and adding functions, so it’s good to keep checking their website for these updates to make better use of this MP3 player DAP.

Much smaller and lighter than i thought it would be, which i personally consider a plus but the materials and buttons do feel cheap (to be expected). The ui is simple and easy to use, and the audio quality is great. Definitely consider buying a case if you plan on keeping it in a pocket/bag with other objects as the metal scratches easily.

Great little device although the ui is difficult to navigate with the buttons alone. Could use a wheel for volume. Sound quality indistinguishable from my 3rd gen nano ipod

It arrived in 7 days. It’s quite small in size but sounds very good when wired. The menu is not annoying. The Bluetooth is quite normal, nothing exceptional. Highly recommended.

Arrived early, no complaints whatsoever. The device works perfectly, i use wired headphones so i don’t know how the bluetooth quality is, but the sound quality has been great for me. The device has 7gb internal storage which is great but you can also expand it with an sd card. I recommend buying a case for it.
