I have charged the dispenser battery and filled it about 1/3 soap liquid and 2/3 water. The foam comes out perfectly and there are up to 4 different dosages you can choose from. The package also included a dosing bottle, a USB-Type C cable, and a leaflet with usage instructions.
I hope that the battery charge is durable, because I replaced the previous model because I had to recharge it every few days. For the moment, I am satisfied with my purchase.
