Very cool kettle, materials are good, low water flow, which is good for filtered methods like the V60. Temperature control is fine, it goes up to 95°C but I don’t use it above that temperature in any way. It came well packed and arrived quickly because it was shipped from Brazil.

Beautiful kettle! It seems to have excellent construction. The kettle itself is heavy, with the interior made of stainless steel. It has markings for “maximum” and “minimum”. The design of it is very beautiful and the goose neck spout makes it have a constant flow always and at 90º, increasing the control of the fall of the water when passing the coffee.
The only downside is that it doesn’t allow exceeding 95º C. The control works very well. Whenever it drops 1º, it activates to maintain the set temperature. I haven’t tested yet if it boils water without setting the temperature.
I bought it with a US plug, 110V. It works perfectly. Since she was already in Brazil, she could come with Brazilian standard plugs. It would also be great if there was a bivolt system. Since it’s not available, I opted for 110V because most outlets in Rio de Janeiro have that voltage.

This is a product made of excellent materials. This is already the fifth item I’ve purchased from the MHW-3 Bomber brand, and once again, the standard of excellence remains consistent. At the maximum water level, the kettle heats up in about 3 minutes, which I consider extremely fast.
The gooseneck spout is a standout feature in its own right: refined, precise, and with excellent flow control, allowing for a smooth and even pour — ideal for pour-over coffee methods.
The product arrived very well packaged, in a reinforced box with adequate protections for transportation, demonstrating care from the moment of shipment.
It is not a cheap item, it is true, but the quality delivery and performance justify the investment.
Highly recommend for coffee enthusiasts who value precision, speed, and durability in their equipment. An excellent acquisition!

Really nice kettle. It has a nice weight, even the lid feels solid. Huge improvement on my previous setup where i was pouring the water from my v neck electric kettle to my goose neck non electric kettle to do pour over. It heats up fast. You have an indicator for how hot the water is as it heats up. A nice knob for setting the temperature. I also think that it is insulated so it keeps the water hot for longer, which is great when making coffee that the water stays the same temperature throughout the whole process. I have only used it once but i feel very happy about the purchase. I didn’t have any issues with the shipping or need to communicate with the store so can’t comment on those things. I have given 5 stars for everything, but you can’t really judge customer service until something goes wrong and how they react to remedy the problem. I would only take this as a review of the product.
