I took L to be comfortable, fits well, the shorts underneath are pleasant, it clings well without squeezing the thighs, elastic waist with a knot that allows to adjust the size.

I think it can be worn as a swimsuit bottom, underwear, running pants, etc.

The M is a bit small for someone from Spain who is a size M. You have to take L, otherwise it’s super good.
