I wanted to write an angry review saying that this is not leather, but I checked and it seems everything is correct. On the back side there are marks from vacuum drying (if I understood everything correctly) which I initially took for a fabric base. The leather burns and turns to ash when set on fire. It can burn, but most likely due to impregnation. I don’t know what other experiments can be conducted. Everything seems fine. I am attaching a photo with a burning piece and a photo enlarged at x200.
