Initially a bit skeptical about heat generation regarding the 45-watt power consumption, but now it operates dimly and delivers the desired performance even at half power. The dimmer is stepless, which is okay, but personally I would prefer steps. Still, a clear purchase recommendation.

A good mat, I chose one with a power of 7w. The power cord has a switch – a power regulator within the range of 4.5w – 16.5w at a voltage of 218v. The adjustment is quite smooth. Thank you. I used it to heat gel batteries in a cool room.
