Excellent replacement because the original part wears out with use due to being made of plastic. Be very careful not to disconnect the flex cables because connecting them is complicated due to their small size.

They fit right in. If you have the right screwdriver you can finish taking apart and changing 4 joycons in less than 20 minutes its that easy. But i do recommend looking for the right screwdriver before you even think of getting these.
