The lid had some factory smell but after leaving it open overnight it’s mostly gone, it’s very big, the body is glass and it feels nice.

My family loves this container to keep coffee beans fresh. The large push-button easily creates a strong and lasting vacuum, and the small button releases it when you want to open the jar. The glass is good quality, uniform and sturdy. The lid has a nice faux wood-grain finish on the top, and the buttons appear to be dyed plastic, so they should maintain their bronze finish for a long time. I ordered the 1200ml jar, which holds my 400g bags of beans with some room to spare.
I am pleasantly surprised by the quality, and i’m sure you will be too. I even bought a second one of these as a gift. With coupons, they were a bargain at €7,37 each.
