Excellent menstrual panties. My measurements: waist=94 cm, hips=123 cm, leg circumference=74 cm. I ordered 6XL. They seemed big at first, but fit well and don’t squeeze anywhere. The only thing is that in the crotch area between the legs they are slightly tight, but it’s not critical. I specifically looked for panties with an extended insert in the front (since in most models from other sellers, the back also has a full insert, but the front is low, which was very inconvenient for me). Here it’s just perfect with an insert from the back to the top and quite long in the front. The main material of the panties is pleasant, thin, breathable, like mesh. They absorb really well (checked with water, poured a significant amount of water (≈100 ml) before it started leaking at the seams).
