It was volume 1 &2 so 2 books. The books were individually plastic wrapped. They both were in great condition. Papers are thin but good print. Font is smaller than other publishers, but still ok to read. No illustrations. The delivery was fast. Came on time. Im highly satisfied with my purchase.
