I bought this to open cartilage piercings. I’m very sensitive to pain, so I thought about leaving it on for 2 hours, but I was afraid of the effect wearing off, so I applied cream and wrapped it in plastic wrap. After an hour, I touched it and it was numb, so I opened the tragus. I didn’t feel anything, so I opened it before I realized. Since it’s cartilage, hard parts require force, but even women can open it alone. The cream is pink in color. It definitely works. Now I want to open other parts too.

Does exactly what you expect leave on for a minimum of 30 minutes if you can go longer the better but you cannot feel a thing. Ive only used this for asthetics and it works
As for how long it would last for a tattoo im unsure but a thick layer and clear wrap minimum and hour before your appointment.
