We only manufacture high-speed spindles.Please communicate with the ordering user in advance and do not place the order directly.

We offer miniature non-powered spindles, custom non-powered small spindles, special-shaped shafts, and an internal taper runout of 0.01mm.

We use high-precision P4 angular contact bearings, supporting a maximum speed of 30,000 rpm. We only manufacture high-speed spindles.

The 17mm sleeve diameter allows for an ER11 tail pulley with a 6mm mounting diameter. Available sleeve lengths are 30, 40, or 50mm.

The 20mm sleeve diameter allows for an ER11 tail pulley with a 6mm or 8mm mounting diameter. Available sleeve lengths are 40, 50, 60, or 80mm.

The 25mm sleeve diameter allows for an ER11 or ER16 tail pulley with a 10mm or 12mm mounting diameter. Available sleeve lengths are 40, 50, 60, or 80mm.

The 30mm sleeve diameter allows for an ER11 or ER16 tail pulley with a 10mm or 12mm mounting diameter. Available sleeve lengths are 40, 50, 60, or 80mm.

The ER11 has a 33mm bushing diameter and can be made up to 150mm in length, while the ER16 can be made up to 100mm in length. The tail pulley mounting diameter is 10mm/12mm, and the bushing lengths are available in 40/50/60/70/80/90/100/120/150mm.

The ER20 has a 40mm bushing diameter and can be made up to 20mm in length. The bushing lengths are available in 50/60/70/80/90/100/120/150/200mm.

We only manufacture high-speed spindles. Customization is available upon request. All spindles are DIY. To ensure precision, we do not rush production and do not stock existing stock. Most sizes ship within 3 days, while other sizes require 7 days for customization.
