Very good product! Very good construction and quality! I had to make some adjustments because my door is 3cm. The screw that connects the two parts is larger and cannot be cut because it damages the thread. I bought a new screw. Other parts also need to be quoted to fit. I did everything easily because I had the tools. My only criticism of the product is easy reading. When you approach her, she tries to read your face and “blocks” the card or password options while trying to read. This is something more annoying than a problem. To resolve it, I excluded the faces and that’s it. Now when I get close to it, it doesn’t try to read and I can either type in the password/card/biometrics. With the registered face, I can only do this after she tries to read the face and it gives an error.

I liked the lock; it’s very convenient to enter using Face ID (just by looking into the camera).
The setting is not done through the phone, but through the menu of the lock itself (external part). Even in English, everything is basically clear to me, but I saw (after purchasing and installing) that there are also locks with Russian language options.
I got a bit sloppy, didn’t reset the factory password, and set up access for all family members using Face ID and fingerprint. I linked all the stickers and keychains, and then realized that anyone could open the lock using the factory password (123456). I had to reset and reconfigure access again.
I don’t know how long the battery charge lasts yet (installed the lock a week ago, so far everything is working).
I installed it in a homemade (made of sheet metal) entrance door, so it was difficult (sawing and drilling metal 0.5 cm thick; I think it will be much easier with a factory/purchased door).
It doesn’t look very good right now, but this is temporary; I’ll paint the outside of the door and reline the inside with panels (there’s a hole from the old lock now).

Excellent, it works perfectly and is not that complex to install. It was a bit complicated because the door is metal, but I managed to install it and it turned out great.
