The engine does not come with oil, and it does not spark. Once you add oil and remove the yellow cable, it sparks and starts without problems.

Great quality engine for my tiller. Starts easy and quick and is powerfull. Crankshaft is 20mm diameter. Only thing, the rubber of the fueltank doesn’t seal properly, so is spilling some gas.
