Aluminium-containing high speed steel (W6Mo5Cr4V2Al)

W6Mo5Cr4V2Al is based on W6Mo5Cr4V2 to change the carbon content from 0.89% ~ 0.90% to 1.10% ~ 1.20%, super hard high speed steel formed by adding 1% AL, the hardness of this steel can reach HRC68 ~ 69. Chemical composition: C 1.05 ~ 1.20, Si ≤ 0.60, Mn ≤ 0.40, W 5.50 ~ 6.75, Mo 4.50 ~ 5.50, Cr 3.80 ~ 4.40, V 1.75 ~ 2.20, AL 0.80 ~ 1.20, s≤0. 0.030, p≤0. 0.030, the rest are iron and impurities.
