Installation:
To safety test the U301,the vehicle's engine MUST BE OFF and the parking brake must be engaged.
*Turn the vehicle's ignition key to the ON position,but do not start the engine.
*Place the vehicle's transmission in reverse gear.
*Stand about 6 feet away from the bumper and slowly approach the vehicle.
*At distance from 27.5 to 15.75 inches,you will hear a fast beep. At distance from 15.75 to 8.0 inches, you will hear a continuous beep.
*Note:Bumper does not need to be removed. No holes need to be drilled.

It works at a distance of less than 30cm, which might be too close; in my opinion, it sounds slow. But it helps + my reversing camera. For the price, it’s OK.

It works well. There are false pyrides, but I suspect they are interference caused by metal parts or vehicle interference. Put an anti-interference device on the power cable and protect the cable that goes from the obstacle detection tape to the receiver box, making it a kind of Faraday cage and that’s it.
