The printer arrived well-packaged and fully sealed, looking like new. Some small scratches on the aluminum profiles seem to be from the factory.
During the first print, i noticed the hotend was slightly loose. Before starting a second print, i checked and found it hadn’t been properly tightened. While trying to fix it, the extruder motor cable got damaged—frustrating, but i identified the cause. I ordered a new motor and contacted creality. Since i ordered via an official agent, they referred me to the seller’s support, and i hope to get a replacement.
I contacted the support of the store before the sale, responses were generic but confirming and kind. I still bought it based on other customers review.
Despite this, the printer is solid, runs smoothly, and offers great value. Due to the extruder issue and the loose hotend, i give it 4 out of 5 stars—but i would still buy it again.
