I ordered multiple dc-to-usb-c-pd adapters:
1) single hooked connector type, with female dc and usb-c in a single body (65w)
2) female dc-plug with wire to usb-c type (140w)
3) small pcb with female dc 5.5mm, some components and usb-c, in combination with dc-dc adapter plugs (eg, 7.9mm to 5.5mm) (65w)
Using a usb power/voltage/current meter, i tested the results with various powersupplies while charging laptop, phone and usb power banks.
All 3 options give satisfactory results, but not all as well. While charging a phone for example, every time with the same 20v 180w laptop adapter:
Option 1 (single connector dc/pd) gives the lowest power (7 w)
Option 2 (dc-wire-pd) gives medium power (10 w)
Option 3 (pcb) gives the highest power (14 w)
Though i have only used them for a couple of hours, i am satisfied with the price/convenience/performance ratio of all the adapters i received so far.

I tried charging a Samsung phone with 9V 1.5A, and the power bank also took 20V 3A for the Acer laptop.
After about 30 minutes of charging
20V 3A has a 35.2 connector ° C.
9V 1.5A has connector 39.7 ° C.
5V 1.5A has 40.1 connector ° C.
