Operation steps:

1. Before use, please check if the massager can be started. If it cannot be started, please first charge the massager with the included charging cable before use.

2. Separate the adhesive parts of the massager Velcro to fully unfold the product.

3. Tie the massager to the ankle area of the lower limbs, with the correct wearing direction being the main button facing up and the digital screen facing down. After adjusting the elasticity that suits oneself, it can be used. Note: The product can be used through clothing.

4. After long pressing the power button to start, it defaults to 0 gear. Short press the strength button to select 4 different strengths, adjusting them from 1 to 4 in sequence (from low to high).

5. In the startup state, press the mode key to switch between three massage modes (foot soothing, kneading relaxation, and lifting massage) to choose from

6. In the startup state, short press the heating button to activate the heating mode. There are four temperature levels available (four temperature indicator lights correspond to 40, 45, 50, and 55 ℃± 5 ℃ from left to right and low to high, respectively), which can be adjusted as needed.
