The best frying pan I’ve ever used in my life. 1) The bottom of the frying pan distributes heat evenly throughout the pan even if it is on the lowest burner 2) In reality, it doesn’t burn even if I crack eggs on an unheated pan. 3) The metal handle is coated with enamel very well and beautifully.
It seems to me that if overheating is allowed, the coating will most likely lose its non-stick properties.
