After using it several times, I think it is a good device, comparable to other branded ones that cost much more. It should not be used more than three days a week and alternately, always with a conductive gel or cream, never without anything. The gel dries too quickly; I prefer a conductive cream. Small cramps are normal, but if they are very strong they may not affect the area much. The inner thighs and arms should not be treated with RF. It is very good and effective on arms, legs, and buttocks. For the abdomen, test if it fits well and if it hurts when used without RF, only EMS. The lower part of the stomach is also not a good area to pass through; it’s better to avoid it. In summary, a very good device, you have to use it with common sense and always listen to your body, always using gel or cream, and above all, do not overdo it in terms of time, never more than 5 or 10 minutes per area and alternate days or twice a week depending on the sensitivity of each skin.
