.cant explain , the bms acts as a flasher also with led lights used as blinkers . And steady current for everything else 12 volt . Bought for a 4 way warning light on my ebike usindg.12 volt led blinker lights the flasher i got also works well and flashes all 4 lights faster than just battery bms
