It seems sturdy and is more comfortable than the default quest 3s band. The inly problem i faced was while installing the arms of the band. The plastic is less bendable so it was quite difficult to fit into the speaker arms of my headset. But after installation it works fine.

The strap fits the Meta Quest 3S, it was easy to install, provides good neck support, and makes playing more enjoyable. The only downside is that, despite better stability than the original strap, it still happens to be unstable (it slips during sports activities).
For this price it’s good, but you might be able to find something better.
