Smoke trigger is represented as “ias_zone” but easily renamed to “smoke” in ha.
Works like a charm, triggers by smoke, penetraiting siren, ha can then trig whatever you choose, including siren of other detectors, mobile or whatever.

Battery looks like it might actually last 10 years as stated.
