Remote controlled toy dog made to look like those boston dynamics dogs that cost thousands of pounds and are equipped with real artificial intelligence, unlike this one, which most certainly doesn’t.
However, theres a large range of controlls on the included remote control and the app appears to be well designed (not tested yet), with voice commands – app, only.
The thing is spectacularly amazing and appears to run for a long time on its one, included, rechargeable battery. Beware, you need to connect the battery by unscrewing a panel with the included screw driver, but thats very easily done. You need 3, aaa batteries for the remote (not included).
Other than that, i’m really surprised. It seems well made and fairly tough and i’d certainly recommend it as a toy for the young ones – or the old ones like me!

My 4-year-old daughter loves this dog. She wanted a real dog and i said okay let’s see if you can take care of a robot dog. It does all kinds of cool stuff with the controller and then i’m going to scan the app on her ipad and get the voice commands and whatnot. But she’s treating it just like a real dog she puts it to sleep at night and she’s taking care of it and then maybe one day she can graduate to the real thing. Kids are good responsibility and accountability.
