Brief about dual system

*Artisan system: Heat power and fan will adjusted by Artisan. Artisan displays real-time temp and preset profile.
Safety Tips
1. Please read the user manual carefully before using.
2. Please don't baking items other than coffee beans.
3. Please check the green beans information, roast quantity and kind of roaster of the profile share from other person before roasting, adjust the profile according this roaster if any needed.
4. Don't heat for a long time when the power is greater than 80 and the fan is turned off or fan power is below 50, as it may cause overheating protection to start and heating to stop.
5. After sampling and observing with a bean picking scoop, when placing the scoop back into the machine, be sure to turn the scoop to the right and lock it tightly to prevent it from loosening or the coffee beans inside from burning.
6. The optimal baking capacity is 350 to 400 grams. If the ambient temperature is below 15 ℃, we recommend reducing the roasting amount to 300 to 350 grams. For green beans that are unsure which baking profile to choose, we recommend that users choose 031 or 032.
Using Tips
1. Inject Temp refers to the temperature value reached by preheating heat. Adjusting the Inject Temp will result in a different turning point, thus affecting the rhythm of the pre-bake.
2. After preheating to the set temp, the chamber will automatically maintain a constant temperature for 15 mins. If your ambient temperature is below 15°C, when preheating completed, keep the temperature for 10-15 minutes, which will help with the subsequent roasting of the beans.
3. The machine will automatically start roasting after the preheating is completed, the beans are in and the chamber temperature drops 20°C. If you put in green beans before the preheating is complete, you will have to ‘INJECT’and ‘Start’ to start roasting.
4. In manual mode,for making the temperature developing stably, we do not suggest adjust the heat and fan significantly during roasting.
5. When you find that the baking speed(about temp) in auto mode is too fast or too slow, you can click‘Manual'to switch to manual mode.
6. Users prepare a memory card. Profiles can be leading-in and leading-out.
