Installation on a 2020 mt-09 is straight forward. Routing the power cable trough the oem cable-protection is time consuming, but worth it, to get a oem-style installation. The screen itself works perfect. Got carplay in my car, so comparing to this, it’s the same. Start my car or motorcycle, my phone connects automatically to carplay and i have all the connectivity at hand. Powering on my helmets’ bt-set when connected to this screen, sounds are routed to it, just like i had it without the screen. Had this screen for ca. 200km, but i’m a bit worried about the screen getting scratches from my leather mc-gloves? Time will tell. For the price, looks like one could not go wrong!

Excellent first impressions over the last few days of riding with this product. It was easy to install using the gps connector on my bike. Booted it up and paired it within minutes… only issue i can find is that the screen could be brighter in high sunlight… if this had a quick release cable it would be perfect. Great image quality and smooth performance for this price. Plus, there’s a wide selection of options including an audio equalizer, no issues with connection, connects quickly and seamlessly, split screen works, switching between system cards/carplay works. We’ll see how it performs over time, but for now I’m very satisfied. The only thing that concerns me is the actual moisture resistance; I suspect that I’ll need to protect it from water, but we’ll check that later.
