A: 12V voltage 3A required for startup, please use our original power cable; If power is supplied from the Type C port using the USB cable, the device will restart due to insufficient voltage.
(2)Q: Why can't the device shut down?
A: Connecting the power cord of the device directly to the motorcycle's regular battery will cause the device to fail to shut down. You need to connect the power cord to the ignition wire.
(3)Q: Does the product has built-in speaker?
A: No, the product doesn't have built-in speaker. Only support listen music via bluetooth earphones.
(4)Q: How do I make the Carplay or Android auto connection?
A: Step 1: Click Carplay/Android Auto to enter the connection page. Step 2: Turn on the bluetooth of the Phone, search for the bluetooth device name "CAR-BT xxx", pair it and click use Carplay/Android Auto.
(5)Q: How to Setup Bluetooth Helmet Earphones?
A: Step 1: Connect your phone to the product's Bluetooth and successfully connect CarPlay/Android Auto. Step 2: Use your Phone to search the bluetooth device of the helmet earphones, then connect it.

A: No. Our equipment may not be compatible with accessories from other brands. So you cannot use your own other accessories, such as sensors, cameras, etc.

A: We have developed a tire pressure sensor and it is currently in the testing phase. The 6.86 and 7-inch models are already compatible. However, the 5-inch and 8.1-inch models are still in the testing phase. Once published, we will promptly update our advertisements.
(15)Q: How is the waterproof performance of the product?
A: It's okay for the product to be exposed to rain on rainy days. You can use a wet wipe to wipe the surface of the product. If the power interface comes into contact with water, please wipe it dry before powering it on. Otherwise, there may be a short circuit. In addition, excessive exposure to rain can reduce the lifespan of the product. We suggest avoiding excessive contact with water as much as possible.

The screen is quite good and looks much more expensive. If you install it correctly, it seems like it’s original. The glass is extremely smooth and doesn’t smudge at all; it’s a pleasure to use. The vision is clear and of high quality. Installation is very simple; the negative and positive terminals go directly to the battery terminals and that’s it. It works on the first try. I’ve been using it for 3 days and it’s spectacular how well it works. I would even pay €80 for it because its quality is unquestionable. The only downside is that it never turns off; you have to install a relay or disconnect the red cable that goes from the connectors to the battery. However, it’s easy to fix if you’re a bit handy. I’ll definitely buy more; I bought the 5″ one to try and they’re quite good, so soon I’ll buy the 8″ one.

It’s perfect, I have a friend who bought a carpuride for €300 and this one for €50 is exactly the same. I miss something like an on/off button since it goes directly to the battery. Is it USB? Officially not. However, it works perfectly via USB if you power it that way (I’m talking about the 5-inch model). Its consumption is about 0.5 A, which is still low, so there is no problem with a USB power supply.
