The jginyue b450 motherboard is a good option for the am4 platform, it’s a budget motherboard that can last through upgrades. I like how you can add an on-board wifi card under the m.2 slot. Although the usb2 and fan headers are limited having 1 usb2 header, and 1 cpu fan, 1 4pin system fan, and 1 3pin system fan. This is still a really good choice though.

I had doubts, but glad i took a chance, because it works great. Running with a ryzen 2700x that was unused, and now my batocera rig is upgraded!
After basic tests, updated bios. Downloaded latest from their site, and flashed after watching a pretty thorough youtube video. Pic attached, no issues at all.
Xpm profile was detected and enabled easily, even with my cheap memory. I’ll take it. An old gtx 960 and a 2.5gb network card fit just fine in pci-e slots. Perfect for my needs here.
Manual was nearly all chinese as expected, but only needed the pinout for reset sw etc, and that was clearly marked. Bios was set to english by default, and fully legible as well as being layed out intuitively.
Oh, and the box showed up in *immaculate* shape to the states, and had ample padding inside. Highly recommend dealing with jginyue, thank you.

I love these boards. This will be my 7th pc or so built on them. They accept any am4 chip with no bios flash needed, ready to go m.2 port with argb. Amazing.

I bought this board on the 6th of this month and it arrived on the 20th of the same month, meaning it took 16 days to arrive. The shipping was quite fast; it left China and arrived in Brazil within 7 to 8 days, and the rest of the time was spent getting here. I wasn’t taxed at customs even though the product was over $50 (USD 53). 32 to be more precise), the box arrived in excellent condition and the board was perfectly protected with bubble wrap in the box and protective foam on the board, so it arrived without any damage. Honest board for the price. Good finishing, reasonable BIOS (confusing to save/discard changes), but XMP worked without issues. Performed well in tests: CPU at 77°C in Cinebench, GPU at 79°C in FurMark, SSD at 47°C, VRM stabilized at 83°C in AIDA64. Everything is stable. Delivers the basics competently.
