I loved the product. The seller answered all my questions before I bought it. The Kindle has no ads (which was what I was looking for). Perhaps the only defect is that when you upload books through the Kindle app or email, they are uploaded without covers, but after searching the internet, the only solution I found was to use a computer or laptop to download the Calibre app and transform all the files into AZW3 format. This way, when you upload them to the Kindle, whether in epub or PDF format, the cover of each book can be seen. . . The problem was connecting the Kindle to the Internet; the books appeared again without covers. My solution was to keep the Kindle in airplane mode and transfer all the books through the Calibre app from the computer in AZW3 format.
