It seems like good material. The rod is a bit short for use with tall tubes. I recommend adding another washer to the fastening, otherwise there is a risk of the plate bending.

I was a bit skeptical when placing the order, but given the price, I didn’t have much to lose.
Upon arrival, I was more than pleasantly surprised: the support is very stable, the clamp looks solid, and the rings are sturdy.
The rod is a bit short (40 cm) but suitable for most uses we will have in the lab. Even 50 mL burettes can be attached without unbalancing the support.
As a result, I ordered 15 more for the lab.
Just one criticism: the nut that was supplied is a simple nut, I immediately replaced it with a Nylstop nut to prevent it from loosening over time, but well, a nut costs less than 10 cents.
