   I normally wear a size M t-shirt, I placed the order according to the chart and it corresponded to an XL. The t-shirt is obviously not a shapewear, so don’t expect it to function as a shapewear. If you want it to compress a lot, order one size smaller than what the chart indicates. For me, it’s perfect, the fabric is very soft.
