The product is the recommended size. It seems to be of good quality, but it has a very strong rubber smell. I’ve washed it twice, but the smell is still very strong. I haven’t used it yet, but i think that in a gym environment this strong rubber smell could be a problem. When i use it, i’ll come back here to reevaluate. At this moment, i’m giving it 4 stars.
