The shipment arrived on time. The goods were well packed; all handles have good adhesive, but the surface needs to be degreased before gluing. I recommend the product and the seller.

I was disappointed that the shelf arrived bent and damaged. However, i still gave this a high rating because the return and refund service was great. When i received the item and saw that it was damaged, i immediately took a picture and sent it to the online service refund to request a refund. I was very easy to do and within the day i heard back that i would be receiving a full refund and since i did it through paypal, i also got a note from them that the refund was on the way. So, while i’m disappointed that the item was damaged, i will say that if it hadn’t been the shelf was exactly what i was looking for. Looks like lightweight aluminum and would have fit my space. I’m going to try and order again and hopefully it arrives undamaged.
