Good quality, very affordable, manageable, easy to understand. I will order more items of this type; they are very useful and have an attractive appearance. They serve for my voltage testing on panels.

This diy solar kit works good. The only recommendation from my side is to mount the ph2.0 jst connector on the battery holder.

Accurate description, works as advertised, however the 60ma solar panel may be undersized for most applications using an 18650 battery. I will need to test the setup with a larger panel, but the charge rate is fairly low, the panel is tiny, so only works for low current applications (for all day use, you can probably only draw 20-30 ma continuously without eventually draining the battery). But still fine for testing, and once your design is set up you probably will not need the led meter.
The photos do not show that there are no wires for the solar panel. Only solder pads. You will need to solder your own wires. Also as others noted the jst connectors can be difficult to remove. You may have to resort to pulling on the wires, which at some point may fail. The pinch style wire connectors are not meant for permanent applications.
