First of all, it’s great value for money~ The hip support is sponge so it’s a bit firm~ I’m 180cm tall and weigh 73kg with a 32-inch waist. M fits snugly and L fits loosely. The waist size is both a strength and weakness~ The comfortable one is L (needs a belt) and the snug fit is M if you like it tight.

Wow, this is a really amazing product! I’m 178cm tall and weigh 85kg, usually wear size 34, and have thick thighs. I bought it because the reviews were detailed, and it’s really good for the price. The knee pads are made of hard rubber, and the pelvic pads are just foam. When you wear the board pelvic pad inside, it fits perfectly without leaving any space around the waist.
