This is my experience after a week of using the device: 1. At first it was complex to understand as it was set up and started working but then the image would freeze, then I continued practicing and we managed to start using it in our hair experience center. The lights mode works very well and allows customers to record; in the form it is basic but allows keeping track of each diagnosis. The device is fine, it works normally, the only thing is that it has a mode where there is no light and the screen stays dark, but otherwise everything is very good.
