1. If you want to control and view this camera remotely, you need to connect the camera to your home wifi network to connect it to the Internet. Only two simple steps are needed. Firstly, connect the camera's WiFi to the phone. Next, enter the application settings and WiFi combination, select your home WiFi, and then enter the password. If all information is correct, the camera will reconnect within 2 minutes. If you enter the wrong password, the camera will remain offline until you reset and reconnect.

2. We suggest that you charge it during the shooting process. Believe me, this small step can prevent 90% of the problems. If it is indeed offline, simply reset the device and then reset.
