There is a small, cheap spectrum analyser called “tiny sa”. So, why buy this?
1: the screen is bigger & easier to read.
2: the performance in specified range (to 1.5ghz) is better.
3: the range bandwidth (resolution) is so much better it’s mind blowing.
The tinysa is good enough – for quick, in-field checks. If you are setting up a test bench, the improved performance of the owon gear is amazing. Epecially when you consider the price of other brands.
